What's the jeep weight?

has been a curiosity to know the weight of the jeep - unloaded and when
loaded for camping. There are different camping setups - one or two person for jeep trail camp (daily driving to charge the battery) and one person for mobile office/work camping. Mobile office has solar panels and a deep cycle battery battery added to the mix at 75 pounds. On the way back from the Hole In The Wall trip, with the jeep loaded for one person camping (no second tent/cot/sleeping bag/chair), I stopped by the scale at Johnson's Corner. Before the weight, I filled the gas tank and the two jerry cans. I don't recall if the three gallon jugs for water were full. |
